Bug: When a module gets disabled the entities, strategies, etc. don't get disabled
The cached info objects of all the entities, strategies, projections, controllers, parts, etc. need to be marked as disabled and effectively treated as though they're not there
This means that if a module checks to see if an entity exists, and if it's disabled it'll be seen as not existing, and related functionality can be hidden
