Bug: Modules can be broken by disabling another module that it's dependent on
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the WorkHub2 project via the browser
2. Enable the Projects module and the Planning module
3. Click Modules link on the left to refresh the menu and come back
4. Disable the Projects module
5. Click Modules link on the left to refresh the menu
6. Click Features on the left
7. Click Create feature
It shows this error:
Please select a project from the "Current Project" list above or the index below.
It's because the Projects module is not enabled and no project is selected.
